Full job description

The role requires troubleshooting and support experience with Windows and MAC OS, Android and iOS mobile OS, email configuration, backup, and ticketing processes including SLA management. Responsibilities include asset and inventory management, patch management, antivirus troubleshooting, network MFD printer installation and troubleshooting, basic network troubleshooting including VPN, and coordination with IT vendors for warranty support. Candidates must have a bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems or Engineering and at least 1 year of relevant experience. Strong communication skills and ability to work remotely are required.

What you'll do

  • Troubleshoot Windows and MAC OS issues
  • Handle email configuration and backup
  • Troubleshoot Android and iOS mobile OS, mail and apps
  • Manage ticket process and SLA for incidents and service requests
  • Handle asset/inventory record process and movements
  • Perform patch management and antivirus troubleshooting
  • Troubleshoot and install network MFD printers
  • Adhere to information security policies
  • Perform basic network troubleshooting and VPN support
  • Coordinate with IT vendors for warranty support and call logging
  • Handle Windows File Server backup and restoration

Requirements

  • Excellent experience in MS Office/Outlook, Email Configuration, Backup
  • Experience in Android & iOS mobile OS, Mail & Apps troubleshooting
  • Experience in Ticket process and SLA - Incidents / service requests, Escalation Matrix
  • Experience of handling Asset/inventory record process, movements
  • Knowledge of Patch management, Antivirus Troubleshooting
  • Troubleshooting and installation of Network MFD Printers
  • Awareness of Information security policy and adherence
  • Exposure to basic network troubleshooting, VPN, Remote Support
  • Coordination with IT vendor for warranty support and call logging
  • Hands on Experience on Handling Windows File Server, Backup, Restoration
  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems or Engineering
  • Minimum 1+ years experience of troubleshooting Windows and MAC OS
