Full job description
Verve is seeking an Associate Director, Client Services to lead a team of Client Solutions Managers and serve as the primary client contact for key brand, agency, and publisher accounts. The role requires 5+ years in digital media, ad tech, or programmatic advertising with 2+ years managing direct reports. Responsibilities include managing team performance, overseeing client accounts, resolving complex client issues, collaborating cross-functionally, and driving process improvements. Familiarity with DSPs (The Trade Desk, Xandr, Meta), analytics platforms (Google Analytics, IAS, DoubleClick), Excel, PowerPoint, Google Suite, SQL, and Salesforce is required. The position offers a hybrid work environment based in New York City with a salary range of $115,000 to $125,000 USD.
