Requirements
5+ years of experience in contract management, legal operations, or a related field
Bachelor's degree in business, law, or a related field (or equivalent professional experience)
Solid understanding of contract law, risk assessment, and negotiation principles
Experience working in a fast-paced environment, balancing efficiency with compliance
Strong analytical skills, with the ability to quickly assess contract language and identify risks or opportunities
Excellent written and verbal communication skills, including the ability to explain legal concepts to non-legal teams
Detail-oriented, with solid organizational and project management skills
Ability to work independently while knowing when to escalate issues
Problem-solving mindset, focused on creating lasting solutions rather than one-off fixes
Ability to adapt communication style across audiences, from Sales reps to customers to senior executives
Proactive approach to identifying and implementing process improvements
Skilled at balancing customer-friendliness with protecting the company's interests
Comfortable operating in legal gray areas and making sound judgment calls within a given framework
