Full job description

Provide technical support and troubleshooting for platform and application issues with timely resolution. Assist customers with best practices for platform and application use. Coordinate ticket resolution with internal, external, and vendor teams. Manage escalations and knowledge base articles. Drive continuous service improvement to reduce incidents. Manage ticket backlog. Participate in 24x7 on-call rotations and provide after-hours support as needed. Requires strong organizational, communication, problem-solving skills, fluency in English, ability to work independently and collaboratively, multi-tasking, good business judgment, eagerness to learn, and strong customer service orientation. Salesforce knowledge is a plus.
