Full job description

Provide technical support and troubleshooting for platform and application issues. Assist customers with best practices for platforms and applications. Coordinate ticket resolution with internal, external, and vendor teams. Manage escalations and maintain knowledge base articles. Drive continuous service improvement and manage ticket backlog. Participate in 24x7 on-call rotations and after-hours support. Requires excellent organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills, fluency in English, ability to work independently and collaboratively, multitasking, and strong customer service orientation. Salesforce knowledge is a plus.
