The Analyst role supports customer analytics by transforming customer, transaction, and marketing data into actionable insights. Responsibilities include querying and analyzing data using SQL and Python, developing reports and dashboards, supporting customer segmentation and campaign measurement, assisting with A/B test design and reporting, and collaborating with data engineering and analytics teams to ensure data accuracy. Requires a bachelor's degree in a related field, 2-3 years of experience, proficiency in SQL and Excel, experience with data visualization tools, and strong communication skills. Preferred skills include Python, cloud data warehouses (Snowflake, Databricks, BigQuery), R or SAS, ETL processes, and experience with CRM, loyalty, retail, or customer behavioral datasets. This is a remote contract position based in Maryland with an hourly pay range of $40-$50. Benefits include paid holidays and safe/sick time.
