Design paid ad and post creatives for LinkedIn, Meta, and programmatic display. Create graphics, animations, carousels for articles, case studies, thought-leadership, and culture content. Design research reports, guidebooks, and campaign landing pages. Develop event booths, physical visuals, branding assets, 3D elements, and neons for events and roadshows. Produce sales decks, one-pagers, and maintain design system for on-brand decks. Create product demo videos and explainer videos from research and case studies. Use generative AI for 3D models and visuals. Test and recommend new tools and techniques. Requirements include portfolio with AI tool usage, experience with generative AI for 3D, images, video, automation examples, strong design fundamentals, fluency in Figma, video editing and motion tools knowledge, self-driven freelancer mindset, and fluent English. Nice to have experience in B2B, SaaS, ad tech, paid social or display ad creative at volume, and 3D tools like Blender or Spline. Part-time cooperation on B2B contract. Location: Warsaw, Poland.
