Accounts Receivable Clerk

What you'll do

• Prepare and issue customer invoices accurately and on schedule
• Monitor customer accounts and proactively follow up on outstanding balances
• Post and reconcile incoming payments, maintaining clean and accurate records
• Investigate and resolve invoice discrepancies and payment related queries
• Maintain organized, audit-ready records of all AR transactions
• Generate AR aging reports and share regular updates with the finance team
• Support month-end close activities related to accounts receivable
• Partner with Sales and Customer Success to ensure billing accuracy and smooth collections

Requirements

• 3+ years of experience in accounts receivable, billing, or a comparable finance role
• Associate's or Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field (preferred, not required)
• Hands-on experience with QuickBooks (required)
• Sharp attention to detail with strong problem-solving instincts
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with a customer-service mindset
• A self-starter who can manage deadlines independently in a fast-paced environment
• Flexibility to accommodate meetings and collaboration with teams in different regions when needed
• Experience in SaaS, ad tech, or digital advertising is a plus
