Full job description

The role reports to the Director, Client Services and focuses on post-sales client relationships, user adoption of the StackAdapt platform, campaign management, client retention, and account expansion. Responsibilities include managing a portfolio of clients, designing campaign strategies, ensuring campaign success through reporting and optimization, setting up campaigns on the StackAdapt DSP, identifying upselling opportunities, and providing strategic thought leadership. The role requires 3+ years of experience in RTB/programmatic advertising, familiarity with Google AdWords and Facebook Ads, strong client relationship skills, and knowledge of digital advertising trends. The position is full-time, remote-first but requires candidates to be located in Toronto, with up to 20% travel.
