Full job description

Reporting to the Manager, Client Services, manage post-sales client relationships focusing on user adoption of the StackAdapt platform, campaign management, client retention, and account expansion. Collaborate with Account Executives, Client Service support, and cross-functional teams to maximize campaign ROI. Use RTB/programmatic media buying experience to optimize campaigns and ensure client satisfaction. Remote-first role requiring candidates to be located in Western Canada, preferably Greater Vancouver. Responsibilities include client portfolio management, campaign strategy design, campaign setup and optimization on StackAdapt DSP, upselling identification, reporting, and strategic advising. Travel up to 20%. Requirements include 3+ years in RTB/programmatic, experience with Google AdWords, Facebook Ads or DSP self-serve, client relationship management, technical communication skills, familiarity with digital advertising trends, and database experience is a plus. Salary range $88,000 to $121,000 CAD base.
