Sr. Talent Acquisition Business Partner

What you'll do

• Manage end-to-end recruitment processes for Tech roles, from brief to offer acceptance
• Act as a trusted business partner to hiring managers, providing strategic advice to build high-performing teams
• Drive proactive sourcing strategies to build a strong and diverse pipeline of candidates
• Conduct in-depth interviews to assess technical skills, cultural fit, and growth potential
• Deliver an outstanding candidate experience that reflects Taboola’s culture and values
• Contribute to employer branding initiatives to strengthen positioning in the talent market

Requirements

• Bachelor’s or Master’s Degree in Behavioral Sciences
• 5+ years of in-house recruitment experience for technical positions within a global company
• Proven track record managing full-cycle recruitment processes independently
• Strong sourcing skills with creative talent engagement approaches
• Fluent English and excellent communication skills
• Experience working in hyper-growth tech environments (bonus)
• Familiarity with progressing AI recruitment tools and data-driven hiring (bonus)
