Pacvue seeks a Senior Director of Demand Generation to lead the global demand generation function for its enterprise business. Reporting to the SVP of Marketing, this role owns the demand engine end-to-end, including pipeline, budget, and growth channels such as paid media, lifecycle marketing, integrated campaigns, industry partnerships, and referral programs. Responsibilities include setting global demand strategy, managing a team of managers and ICs, aligning with regional marketing and sales leaders, owning paid and lifecycle marketing strategies, managing industry partnerships and referral programs, and driving continuous testing and analytics. Requirements include 12+ years in B2B demand generation marketing, senior leadership experience, hands-on performance marketing expertise with Google Ads, LinkedIn, and Bing, strong lifecycle marketing and Salesforce CRM skills, experience building co-marketing and referral programs, strong analytical skills, and ability to work in fast-paced environments. Requirements
12+ years of marketing experience with deep specialization in B2B demand generation or growth
Senior leadership responsibility for a global or multi-region functional area
Proven experience leading demand generation teams through a layer of managers
Demonstrated ownership of a demand budget and pipeline target across multiple channels simultaneously
Deep, hands-on performance marketing background with significant paid budgets owned across Google Ads, LinkedIn, and Bing
Strong lifecycle and nurture expertise with working command of marketing automation and Salesforce CRM
Experience building co-marketing, channel, affiliate, or referral programs as a measurable source of pipeline
Strong analytical skills with real fluency in funnel math and attribution
Experience working in matrix organizations and driving alignment with regional counterparts
Strong expertise in B2B marketing (SaaS, eCommerce, retail media, or commerce advertising preferred)
Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, results-driven environment
Ability to challenge the status quo and test new, bold ideas
