Full job description
Senior Customer Success Manager responsible for managing enterprise client accounts, providing technical support, and driving account growth. Requires 5+ years digital/search advertising experience, 2+ years with ecommerce advertising platforms (Pacvue preferred), familiarity with Amazon DSP and retail media, strong analytical and interpersonal skills. Responsibilities include client issue resolution, account strategy, collaboration with internal teams, user education, and feedback sharing with R&D.
