Full job description
Senior Customer Success Manager role managing enterprise clients of Pacvue. Serve as key client contact, providing technical support, account growth, and strategy development. Collaborate with internal teams including Customer Success, Account Management, Product, and Engineering. Responsibilities include client issue resolution, platform mastery, onboarding content creation, process improvement, user education, and feedback sharing with R&D. Requires 5+ years digital/search advertising experience, 2+ years with ecommerce advertising platforms (Pacvue preferred), familiarity with Amazon DSP and retail media, strong interpersonal and analytical skills, and ability to work in fast-paced environments.
