Full job description

Quantcast is seeking a Senior Web Developer for their IT Enterprise Applications team. This senior individual contributor role involves owning the performance, deployment, and data integrity of quantcast.com. Responsibilities include leading technical strategy for headless CMS (Builder.io) and Google Tag Manager instrumentation, developing modular ES6+ JavaScript and Salesforce Lightning Web Components, optimizing CI/CD pipelines with GitHub Actions, and acting as a technical consultant to Marketing and Engineering leadership. Candidates must have a Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field, 5+ years of professional web development experience, expert-level ES6+ JavaScript skills, and a strong willingness to work with Salesforce LWC. Experience with Builder.io, Google Tag Manager, YAML, and GitHub Actions is required. The role is remote, based in Washington state. Salary range is $128,700 - $149,600 USD, with additional performance bonus, equity, and benefits.

What you'll do

  • Lead technical strategy for headless CMS (Builder.io) and GTM instrumentation
  • Define standards for custom HTML tags, complex triggers, and data layer governance
  • Develop modular, standalone ES6+ JavaScript and Salesforce Lightning Web Components
  • Own and optimize CI/CD pipelines using GitHub Actions workflows
  • Act as technical consultant to Marketing and Engineering leadership
  • Translate business goals into scalable technical specifications
  • Lead triage of complex, cross-system issues

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s Degree or higher in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field
  • 5+ years of professional web development experience in a complex, global environment
  • Expert-level ES6+ JavaScript skills
  • Strong desire to work within the Salesforce ecosystem and develop Lightning Web Components
  • Proven experience with API-first CMS platforms (Builder.io preferred)
  • Expert-level Google Tag Manager management
  • Practical experience writing YAML for GitHub Actions and managing automated deployment environments
  • Exceptional communication skills to translate technical constraints for non-technical stakeholders
