Full job description
Senior Director, Customer Lifecycle Marketing role supporting Insurance/Wealth Management B2B clients. Lead strategic omni-channel marketing plans, focusing on CRM, email, online/offline media, and 1st party data marketing. Requires 10+ years in data-driven marketing, 5+ years agency/consulting experience, strong client communication, and ability to develop strategic recommendations. Role includes collaboration across teams, client relationship management, and measurement of marketing impact. Position is full-time, hybrid with office presence expected 3 days/week in New York. Salary range $136,000-$185,000 plus discretionary incentives. Benefits include medical, dental, vision, life insurance, disability, 401k, paid time off, holidays, sick leave, and parental leave.
