Full job description

Senior Customer Success Manager role at Smartly in Mexico City. Responsible for managing and growing own customer accounts, providing consultative advice, leading product trials, and driving customer engagement. Requires 5+ years account management experience in B2B SaaS or agencies, preferably in online marketing. Must have professional English and Spanish fluency and be willing to travel. Responsibilities include optimizing marketing strategies, resolving advertiser issues, developing vertical expertise, and collaborating with internal teams and Facebook. What you'll do

  • Manage and develop own customer accounts through daily communication and marketing expertise
  • Work closely with customers to optimize online marketing strategy and resolve advertiser issues
  • Take full ownership of growing and managing target market and develop vertical expertise
  • Maintain excellent knowledge of Smartly.io tool and Facebook advertising to solve customer problems
  • Build and strengthen relationships with customers and Facebook
  • Collaborate with customers, other Customer Success Managers, and product development team for feedback

Requirements

  • Motivated to combine client management, digital marketing problem solving, and long-term relationship building
  • 5+ years of account management experience in B2B SaaS or similar agencies, preferably in online marketing
  • Excellent communication skills to explain complex concepts clearly and provide consultative advice
  • Professional spoken and written English and fluency in Spanish
  • Willingness and availability to travel for meetings, conferences, and industry events
