Zeta Global is hiring a Senior Customer Success Manager, CRM to manage enterprise client relationships and maximize value from Zeta's marketing technology. Responsibilities include driving loyalty and lifecycle marketing strategies, delivering data-driven insights, maximizing platform adoption, leading business reviews, supporting client retention and growth, collaborating cross-functionally, championing customer feedback, and managing multiple priorities. Requirements include 5+ years in Customer Success or related roles in MarTech/SaaS, strong knowledge of email marketing, marketing automation, loyalty programs, lifecycle strategies, experience with enterprise clients, data analysis skills, excellent communication, and project management. Experience with Salesforce Marketing Cloud, Adobe Campaign, Braze, Iterable, and marketing metrics is a plus. This is a full-time remote role based in the United States.
