Full job description

Lead the Application and Product Security team focusing on securing Criteo's products and the Secure SDLC. Collaborate with Product Engineering, Factory group, and other Security Domains. Manage priority and risk, triage vulnerabilities, and execute the security roadmap hands-on. Define and evolve security KPIs. Integrate with the wider security ecosystem and improve company security posture. Manage and grow a team of 4 engineers, supporting career development and fostering a quality-focused engineering culture. Requires experience in Product Engineering or SRE/platform work, knowledge of SDLC, consensus-building skills, service management experience including on-call rotations, and a strong sense of ethics. Security expertise is a plus. The role is hybrid based in Paris, France, full-time.

What you'll do

  • Own the Application and Product Security roadmap in collaboration with Product Engineering, Factory group, and other Security Domains
  • Run priority and risk management for the team, triage vulnerabilities and organize clear responses
  • Contribute personally to the execution of the roadmap (hands-on role)
  • Define, maintain, and evolve security KPIs for the domain
  • Integrate the team into the wider security ecosystem, contribute to shared tooling and platforms
  • Contribute to improving the company's overall security posture
  • Manage and grow a team of 4 engineers, support career development, mentoring, and hiring
  • Foster a strong engineering culture focused on quality and collaboration

Requirements

  • Experience from Product Engineering or SRE / platform work
  • Knowledge of the SDLC from the inside
  • Ability to find consensus and influence without formal authority
  • Comfortable with service management including organizing interrupts and running on-call rotations
  • Strong sense of ethics and ability to handle sensitive information
  • Security expertise is a plus but not required
  • Curiosity and motivation to learn
