Full job description

Nexxen is hiring a Product Marketing Manager to lead go-to-market strategies for programmatic advertising solutions. The role reports to the Senior Director of Product Marketing and involves managing product positioning, messaging, packaging, competitive research, pricing, and product launches across Nexxen’s unified platform (DSP and SSP). Responsibilities include beta testing coordination, collateral development, training, customer communication, cross-functional collaboration, sales support, and measuring product adoption. The position requires a BA/BS in Business or Marketing, 3+ years in media, marketing or digital advertising, 2+ years in product or marketing roles in start-up, media, tech, or advertising, and 1+ years in Ad Tech or related video advertising. Strong communication, project management, and analytical skills are essential. The role is full-time, based in New York with a hybrid schedule (3 days in office). Salary range is $100,000 to $125,000 annually with benefits including medical, dental, vision, disability insurance, 401(k), EAP, parental leave, unlimited vacation, and company-paid holidays.

What you'll do

  • Manage the go-to-market strategy for product launches including product positioning, messaging, differentiators, packaging, competitive research and pricing
  • Drive connection between new products and partners and Nexxen activation platforms (DSP or SSP) to meet customer requirements and use cases
  • Spearhead the beta test process with Product, internal users, and clients
  • Drive internal and external collateral development, training, customer communication and external messaging
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams including Design, Product, Sales, Ops and Marketing to deliver successful product launches
  • Be a subject matter expert and provide sales support for RFPs/RFIs, respond to product/solution questions, client meetings, and thought leadership
  • Measure post product launch adoption and success

Requirements

  • BA/BS in Business, Marketing or equivalent training or experience
  • 3 years in media, marketing or digital advertising
  • 2+ years of experience in a Product and/or Marketing role in a start-up, media, tech, or advertising environment
  • 1+ years of experience working in Ad Tech, with a DSP/SSP or at an ad agency with a video focus (digital/linear TV/CTV) is a plus
  • Ability to translate complex capabilities and ever-evolving ecosystems into clear, differentiated offerings
  • Strong written, oral and presentation skills, including trainings, RFIs, RFPs, presentations and client communications
  • Effective project management with global, cross-functional groups and senior-level executives
  • Passion for innovation and solid understanding of advertising technologies, products, and business trends
  • Able to quickly respond to changing business needs, priorities and timelines
