RTB House seeks a mid-level video content creator for gaming clients. Responsibilities include creating dynamic video ads using deep-learning technology, collaborating on gaming marketing solutions, and working with sales, customer service, and tech teams. Required skills: experience in digital video ads and animations, proficiency in Adobe After Effects, Photoshop, Illustrator, Google Web Designer (HTML5 animations), basic 3D graphics knowledge, intermediate English and fluent Polish, understanding of gaming market, basic video editing skills, creativity, and attention to detail. What you'll do

  • create dynamic and engaging video content for gaming clients using innovative deep-learning technology
  • collaborate on developing innovative solutions in the world of gaming-focused marketing
  • work closely with internal teams including sales, customer service, and tech departments to deliver top-tier gaming experiences

Requirements

  • professional experience with creating digital ads - video ads/animations
  • very good knowledge and proven experience in using Adobe After Effects
  • good knowledge of Adobe Photoshop and Adobe Illustrator
  • proficiency in Google Web Designer, including creating and editing HTML5 animations
  • basic knowledge of using 3D graphics programs
  • intermediate English and fluent Polish language skills
  • deep understanding of the gaming market, driven by a genuine passion for the industry
  • some basic video-editing skills
  • creativity, an eye for detail and exceptional sense of aesthetics
