Full job description

Liftoff seeks a Marketing Manager to lead strategy and execution of regional marketing programs in the Americas, focusing on events, content, and campaigns. Responsibilities include managing event programs (conferences, sponsorships, owned events), developing multi-channel campaigns, collaborating cross-functionally, managing budgets and vendors, and applying AI tools to improve marketing workflows. Requires 5+ years B2B marketing experience with event management expertise, data-driven mindset, proficiency with Salesforce, HubSpot, Splash, WordPress, Asana or Jira, partner marketing experience, and AI fluency. Must have excellent communication skills and willingness to travel. Position is remote within the US with compensation including base salary, bonus, equity, and benefits.

What you'll do

  • Own strategy, planning, and execution of Americas event program including conferences, sponsorships, and owned customer events
  • Tailor event and campaign approaches for different audiences, verticals, and regions
  • Develop and execute multi-channel marketing campaigns integrating events, email, content, webinars, and digital tactics
  • Collaborate with content and communications teams to produce thought leadership, blog posts, case studies, and event content
  • Work cross-functionally with Revenue, Product Marketing, Brand, and regional marketing teams to align programs with sales and business objectives
  • Act as strategic partner to Revenue team to align marketing programs with sales priorities and pipeline goals
  • Build and manage partner co-marketing programs and relationships
  • Track and analyze marketing KPIs including revenue influenced, engaged accounts, opportunity creation, and qualitative feedback
  • Manage event and campaign budgets, vendor relationships, and timelines with strong project management
  • Apply AI tools and workflows to improve efficiency, content quality, and campaign insights
  • Stay informed on competitors, industry trends, and emerging marketing tactics

Requirements

  • 5+ years of B2B marketing experience with focus on events, content, and campaign execution
  • Proven event management expertise across full lifecycle including strategy, logistics, vendor management, on-site execution, and post-event analysis
  • Experience owning large-scale conference sponsorships and smaller owned events across multiple markets
  • Strong understanding of integrated marketing across events, content, digital, and partner channels
  • Data-driven mindset with experience tracking and analyzing marketing KPIs and qualitative feedback
  • Technical proficiency with Salesforce, HubSpot, Splash or similar event platforms, WordPress, Asana or Jira
  • Partner marketing experience building co-marketing relationships and programs
  • Fluency and active experimentation with AI tools (LLMs, automation, analytics) to improve marketing workflows and content
  • Creative and competitive instincts to differentiate marketing in a competitive adtech landscape
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills working cross-functionally with revenue, design, and product teams
  • Willingness to travel for events and team gatherings
