Full job description

Kayzen is seeking a Marketing Lead to lead all marketing aspects including demand generation, growth, product marketing, content, CRM, sales enablement, partnerships, and events. The role requires deep knowledge of the advertising technology industry, especially mobile and CTV advertising. Responsibilities include developing GTM strategies, defining brand positioning and messaging, building industry relationships, growing inbound leads, and managing marketing tools such as Hubspot, Wordpress, Claude AI, and Fin. The candidate will build and lead a high-performing marketing team. Requirements include at least 5 years of experience in mobile or CTV ad tech, strong English skills, multitasking ability, passion for ad tech, experience with hybrid remote teams, collaboration skills, and familiarity with AI productivity tools.
