Stay Group is seeking a Marketing Data Analyst to optimize marketing performance and support business decisions. Responsibilities include extracting and cleaning marketing data, analyzing large datasets, building dashboards, monitoring paid channel performance, evaluating ROI and marketing efficiency, preparing reports, automating workflows, collaborating with marketing, product, and business teams, and analyzing partner network and product impact. Requirements: 3+ years as Marketing/Data Analyst, strong performance marketing analytics experience, advanced SQL, BI tools (Tableau, Power BI, Looker), Python for data analysis, experience with ad platforms, CRM, web/app analytics (GA4, Amplitude, Mixpanel), data warehouses (BigQuery, ClickHouse, Snowflake), understanding of CAC, LTV, ROAS/ROMI, attribution models, unit economics, cohort analysis, A/B testing, statistical analysis, and intermediate+ English. What you'll do
- Extract, clean, and maintain marketing and business data
- Analyze large datasets to identify trends, patterns, and growth opportunities
- Build clear data visualizations and dashboards
- Analyze performance across paid channels (Google, Meta, Affiliate, etc.)
- Monitor budgets, KPIs, and campaign effectiveness
- Evaluate ROI, CAC, LTV and overall marketing efficiency
- Prepare regular reports on marketing and business metrics
- Provide actionable insights and recommendations
- Support stakeholders with data-driven decisions
- Automate reporting and data workflows
- Improve existing reporting systems and processes
- Reduce manual work through scripts and integrations
- Work closely with marketing, product, and business teams
- Translate business needs into analytical tasks
- Support decision-making with data insights
- Analyze partner network performance and identify growth opportunities
- Evaluate impact of product changes on key metrics
- Monitor payment-related issues and data anomalies
Requirements
- 3+ years of experience as a Marketing / Data Analyst
- Strong experience with performance marketing analytics (paid channels, affiliate, ROI)
- Advanced SQL (joins, CTEs, window functions)
- Experience with BI tools (Tableau, Power BI, Looker, etc.)
- Python for data analysis and automation (pandas, APIs)
- Experience working with ad platforms
- Experience working with CRM systems
- Experience working with web/app analytics (GA4, Amplitude, Mixpanel)
- Experience working with data warehouses (BigQuery, ClickHouse, Snowflake)
- Strong understanding of CAC, LTV, ROAS/ROMI
- Strong understanding of attribution models
- Strong understanding of unit economics
- Strong understanding of cohort analysis
- Experience with A/B testing and statistical analysis
- Strong analytical thinking and attention to detail
