RTB House is seeking a junior-level candidate to support and coordinate the creation of dynamic web ads for the regional tech support team. Responsibilities include ensuring banners meet quality standards and brand guidelines, liaising with account managers, sales managers, graphic designers, and web developers, and updating internal documentation. Candidates should have about 6 months of professional experience, customer/internal stakeholder support experience, B2 level English and Polish, excellent communication skills, accuracy, ability to manage multiple tasks under deadlines, and initiative to improve workflows. A degree in Marketing, Economics, Linguistics or similar is preferred. Interest in online marketing, ecommerce, or IT is welcome. The role offers remote work, a stable long-term B2B contract or contract of mandate, and onboarding support.
