Finance & AI Analyst role at Cognitiv in New York City with hybrid schedule (3 days in office, 2 optional remote). Responsibilities include automating finance functions with AI and data tools, building reporting pipelines from ERP and order management systems, developing real-time analytical tools, leading budgeting and forecasting, partnering with HR on workforce planning, and managing cash flow forecasting. Requires 3-5 years experience in FP&A or corporate finance, advanced SQL and Python skills for automation, strong financial modeling and communication skills, and a proactive builder's mentality.
