Full job description
Finance & AI Analyst role at Cognitiv in New York City with a hybrid schedule (3 days in office, 2 optional remote). Responsibilities include building and automating finance data workflows using SQL, Python, and APIs; leveraging AI to accelerate finance processes; developing reporting tools; leading budgeting and forecasting; partnering with HR on workforce planning; and managing cash flow. Requires 3-5 years experience in FP&A or related finance roles, strong SQL and API skills, experience with AI tools, and strong financial planning and communication skills. Salary range $120,000 - $145,000 plus equity. Benefits include medical, dental, vision, parental leave, unlimited PTO, equity, 401(k) match, and more.
