Requirements
3+ years of experience in B2B marketing, preferably within technology, digital, advertising, SaaS, or related industries
Practical experience in field marketing, lead generation, demand generation, or sales-supporting marketing activities
Strong understanding of Account-Based Marketing principles and experience engaging targeted groups of prospects or clients
Hands-on experience planning and executing events, campaigns, and other marketing projects
Ability to work with defined target-account lists and create relevant touchpoints that support commercial conversations
Experience measuring marketing performance and using data to improve campaigns and event execution
Strong project management and organizational skills, with ability to manage several activities and stakeholders simultaneously
Practical, delivery-oriented mindset and willingness to take ownership of both planning and execution
Strong cooperation and communication skills
Exceptional communication skills in German and English (C1 or above)
