Full job description

Nexxen seeks a Director of Product Marketing for Demand and Data to lead go-to-market strategies for programmatic advertising solutions including DSP and Data teams. Responsibilities include creating positioning, messaging, marketing collateral, GTM enablement, evangelizing product suites, training internal and external stakeholders, and managing a team. The role requires 8+ years in media, marketing, digital advertising, or SaaS sales, 5+ years in product marketing, and experience with enterprise sales. Ad Tech experience with DSP/SSP or video advertising is a plus. Strong communication, project management, and leadership skills are essential. The position is hybrid, based in New York, Los Angeles, or Chicago offices. Salary range in NY is $150K-$200K base annually plus potential incentives. What you'll do

  • Create and drive key strategies and efforts to grow the business including narratives, positioning/messaging, one-sheets, pitches, marketing plans, naming, competitive intelligence, market and industry insights, playbooks, RFPs, and articles
  • Drive core executional activities of commercialization and feedback/insights including Coda/SharePoint updates, GTM process steps, and customer interactions
  • Drive ongoing cross-functional processes or tools that further grow the core and deliver focused innovation including file sharing, case studies, copy edits, social posting, and project management
  • Lead direct reports to enable career growth, operational efficiency, and support on priorities or initiatives
  • Evangelize Demand and Data product suite to commercial teams, clients, and prospects
  • Train and educate internal and external marketplace stakeholders
  • Work with executive, partnership/BD, and product teams to bring new solutions or improvements to market

Requirements

  • BA/BS in Business, Marketing, or equivalent training or experience
  • 8+ years in media, marketing, digital advertising, or SaaS sales
  • 5+ years of substantial Product Marketing or Marketing experience in a start-up, media, tech, or advertising environment
  • 5+ years of experience working with enterprise sales
  • Ad Tech experience at a Tier 2 DSP/SSP or at an ad agency with a video focus (digital/linear TV/CTV) is a plus
  • 4+ years managing and developing multiple direct reports
  • Ability to translate complex capabilities and ecosystems into clear, differentiated offerings
  • Strong written, oral, and presentation skills
  • Effective project management with global, cross-functional groups and senior executives
  • Passion for innovation and solid understanding of advertising technologies, products, and business trends
  • Ability to respond quickly to changing business needs, priorities, and timelines
  • Curious, analytical, and data-driven
