Full job description

Director of Customer Success role responsible for advising executive leadership on strategies to grow and retain customers and partners, leading the Customer Success team, and maintaining key client relationships in the programmatic advertising ecosystem. Responsibilities include setting customer engagement and retention strategies, managing key clients (SSPs, DSPs, ad exchanges, agencies, publishers), guiding customers on ad fraud prevention and privacy compliance, monitoring engagement metrics and account health, staying current on industry developments, and collaborating with Sales and Marketing on upsell and cross-sell strategies. Requires BA/BS or equivalent experience, 4+ years in client-facing customer success or technical sales roles in digital advertising technology, strong knowledge of programmatic advertising, Invalid Traffic (IVT), digital advertising channels, and ad operations tools.
