Skai seeks a Director of Global Events & Experiential Marketing to lead strategy and execution of global brand events. Responsibilities include developing global events strategy, managing hosted events and sponsorships, owning event experience from concept to follow-up, coordinating teams and partners, creating original activations, collaborating with internal teams and strategic partners, managing agencies and budgets, measuring event impact, and leveraging AI tools. Requirements include 10+ years in events or experiential marketing in B2B tech/SaaS/advertising/media, experience with large global events, strong creative and project management skills, commercial judgment, agency management, executive collaboration, AI tool usage, and willingness to travel internationally. The role is full-time, hybrid (3 days in office), based in New York City, with a salary range of $140,000-$160,000 plus bonus eligibility.

Requirements
At least 10 years of experience in events or experiential marketing, ideally within B2B technology, SaaS, advertising or media
Proven experience creating and delivering global events, major hosted programs and brand activations, including events for 200+ attendees
Strong creative instincts and ability to turn business objectives into distinctive and engaging experiences
Exceptional writing and storytelling skills, with experience developing event messaging, agendas and speaker content
Excellent project, production and budget management skills
Strong commercial judgement and experience measuring event impact and ROI
Experience managing agencies, suppliers and sponsorships across multiple regions
Confidence working with senior executives, customers, sales teams and strategic partners
Curious and confident in using AI tools to work more efficiently and create stronger event experiences
Willingness to travel internationally and lead events onsite
