Director, Customer Lifecycle Marketing role requiring direct mail strategy experience integrated into broader customer lifecycle and omnichannel marketing strategies. Responsibilities include leading omni-channel marketing plans, translating new technology in 1st party data marketing and CRM into marketing ideas, developing client relationships, ensuring client value, collaborating with teams and agencies, and measuring strategy impact. Requires Bachelor's degree, 8+ years in data-driven marketing including CRM, direct mail, email, and media strategy, 5+ years agency/consulting experience, proficiency in Excel, knowledge of Braze or Salesforce Marketing Cloud a plus, strong communication and multitasking skills, and ability to travel 20%-30%.
