Nexxen seeks a Commercial Training & Development Manager to lead onboarding and e-learning content development for the sales organization. Responsibilities include developing onboarding programs, designing training content, collaborating with Sales, Product, and Marketing teams, applying instructional design methodologies, evaluating training effectiveness, managing LMS platforms, and promoting continuous learning. Requires a Bachelor's degree (Master's preferred), 3-5+ years in sales training or enablement, proficiency with e-learning tools (Articulate Rise, Storyline, Captivate), LMS familiarity (Cornerstone, Allego), strong project management and communication skills, and ability to analyze sales data. Preferred experience includes CRM knowledge (Salesforce) and instructional design certification. The role is full-time, hybrid (minimum 3 days in office), based in New York, with occasional travel. What you'll do
- Develop and deliver comprehensive commercial onboarding programs for new sales hires
- Design and implement engaging training content for continuous learning and development
- Collaborate with Sales leadership, Product and Marketing teams to identify training needs and align content with GTM priorities
- Utilize instructional design methodologies to create compelling, interactive, and effective learning experiences
- Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of training programs through assessments, feedback, and performance metrics, making data-driven improvements
- Stay current with industry trends, best practices, and emerging technologies in sales training and e-learning
- Manage learning management systems (LMS) and other digital training platforms to deliver, track, and improve training initiatives
- Drive the adoption of training programs and foster a culture of continuous learning across the commercial organization
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Education, Instructional Design, or a related field (Master's degree preferred)
- 3-5+ years of experience in sales training, sales enablement, or a related field, with a focus on onboarding and e-learning content development
- Strong understanding of adult learning principles and instructional design methodologies (ADDIE, SAM, etc.)
- Proficiency in e-learning development tools such as Articulate Rise, Storyline, Captivate, or similar platforms
- Familiarity with learning management systems/sales enablement platforms like Cornerstone, Allego, etc.
- Excellent project management skills with the ability to handle multiple initiatives simultaneously
- Strong communication and collaboration skills with the ability to engage stakeholders at all levels
- Ability to analyze sales performance data to identify skill gaps and training opportunities
- Proven track record of designing and delivering high-impact sales training programs
