Nexxen seeks a Commercial Training & Development Manager to lead onboarding and e-learning content development for the sales organization. Responsibilities include developing onboarding programs, designing training content, collaborating with Sales, Product, and Marketing teams, applying instructional design methodologies, evaluating training effectiveness, managing LMS platforms, and promoting continuous learning. Requires a Bachelor's degree (Master's preferred), 3-5+ years in sales training or enablement, proficiency with e-learning tools (Articulate Rise, Storyline, Captivate), LMS familiarity (Cornerstone, Allego), strong project management and communication skills, and ability to analyze sales data. Preferred experience includes CRM knowledge (Salesforce) and instructional design certification. The role is full-time, hybrid (minimum 3 days in office), based in New York, with occasional travel.
