The Client Success Manager (CSM) at Skai manages client utilization of the Skai platform, focusing on Paid Search. Responsibilities include driving client retention, providing training and technical support for Google Ads and Microsoft Advertising, understanding client goals, managing communication cadence, collaborating with internal teams, and using AI tools to enhance client interactions. Requirements include a B.A. or B.S., hands-on paid search campaign experience, 2+ years in client services or project management, strong organizational and communication skills, and familiarity with AI tools and basic coding (JavaScript, HTML). The role is hybrid with three days in office per week in San Francisco. Salary range is $85,000-100,000 plus bonus eligibility.
