Full job description
The Client Success Manager (CSM) at Skai manages client utilization of the Skai platform, focusing on Retail Media and SEM. Responsibilities include driving client retention, providing training and technical support across platforms like Amazon, Walmart, Instacart, Google, Microsoft, Criteo, and Citrus Ads, understanding client business goals, maintaining proactive communication, collaborating with internal teams, and using AI tools for client engagement. Requirements include a B.A. or B.S., 2+ years of digital marketing campaign management experience with Retail Media and SEM, client services or technical project management experience, strong communication and organizational skills, and familiarity with AI tools. Additional language skills, DSP experience, and technical skills in JavaScript and HTML are a plus. The role is hybrid with three days in office per week in London, England.
