The Client Success Manager (CSM) manages client utilization of the Skai platform, focusing on Retail media and SEM. Responsibilities include driving client retention, providing training and technical support across multiple platforms (Amazon, Walmart, Instacart, Google, Microsoft, Criteo, Citrus Ads), understanding client goals, maintaining proactive communication, collaborating with internal teams, and using AI tools to enhance client interactions. Requirements include a B.A. or B.S., 2+ years of digital marketing campaign management experience, client services or project management experience, strong communication and organizational skills, and familiarity with AI tools. Experience with DSP, Retail Media, Search, Paid Social, and languages like French or Spanish are a plus. The role is hybrid based in London with occasional travel. Basic technical skills in Excel, JavaScript, and HTML are beneficial.
