Full job description

The Trade Desk is seeking a client services professional to manage and grow agency accounts, focusing on Tier 1 accounts. Responsibilities include consulting clients, onboarding new customers with the Trading team, collaborating with Sales for account growth, becoming an expert on The Trade Desk platform, providing client training, working with Product Management on platform features, and developing client services materials. Candidates should have extensive advertising and client-facing experience, knowledge of RTB, DSPs, ad exchanges, aggregators, ad servers, and experience managing CPA, CPC, and CPM campaigns. Strong Excel and MS Office skills, analytical and problem-solving abilities, cross-functional collaboration skills, proven account growth success, and effective time management are required. The position is full-time and located in London.

What you'll do

  • Manage and grow multiple agency accounts, prioritising effectively
  • Drive growth across Tier 1 Accounts
  • Act as a trusted consultant to clients across all teams
  • Work closely with the Trading team to onboard new customers rapidly
  • Collaborate with Sales to identify growth opportunities in current accounts
  • Become an expert on The Trade Desk platform and advise clients on campaign improvements
  • Provide continual training to clients on new platform features
  • Work with Product Management to define features and drive platform enhancements
  • Help build the Client Services practice by creating training materials, best practices, sales materials, and customer-facing guides

Requirements

  • Extensive advertising experience and client facing experience
  • Expertise in working with RTB, DSPs, ad exchanges, aggregators, ad servers, and other optimisation platforms is a plus
  • Experience managing CPA, CPC, and CPM marketing campaigns
  • Solid experience in Excel and MS Office, including pivot tables, chart-making, and manipulation of large data sets
  • Outstanding troubleshooting, analytical, and problem-solving abilities
  • Ability to collaborate cross-functionally in a fast-paced start-up environment
  • Proven track record of growing accounts by forging strong client relationships
  • Effective time management skills – ability to prioritise and meet deadlines
