Nice to have skills include full-stack development (Python, Node.js, TypeScript, SQL), knowledge of RAG and AI agent architectures, experience with workflow automation tools (n8n, Zapier), and solid CI/CD practices. Benefits include a hybrid work model, career development programs, health and wellness support, a diverse and inclusive team, competitive salary with performance rewards, and potential equity.

Requirements
- 5+ years in software engineering, including 2+ in a technical lead, platform engineering, or cross-functional coordination role
