The Account Manager is responsible for maintaining client satisfaction by providing exceptional service and managing client accounts. This role requires daily interaction with clients and internal subject matter experts to ensure high-quality deliverables across business units. The Account Manager executes clients' marketing strategies, coordinating all components to deliver work on time and within budget. Responsibilities include managing marketing and support activities, serving as the main contact for deliverables, and ensuring operational and strategic success. Requirements include a bachelor's degree, 3-5 years of client services or account management experience in advertising or marketing, knowledge of digital and multi-channel marketing, campaign management, operations management, and experience with marketing automation platforms such as Braze or Salesforce Marketing Cloud.
